- The people. When I started podcasting I sampled a lot of different hosting sites. I was new to this so I had a lot of questions. What separated BuzzSprout from the others was their responsiveness and patience. It wasn’t just that they answered my questions and helped me, it was that they seemed eager to do it. During my time with them they have been incredibly helpful and supportive. I’ve been with them for over two years and their level of responsiveness never went down and I can tell that they genuinely want me to succeed.
- The Platform. I’ve been with Buzz Sprout for over two years and it has been a pleasure to see them grow and develop. I loved the website when I first joined and every year they have made dramatic improvements to make it even better. The beautiful design, ease of use, and functionality are second to none.
- The statistics. I enjoy inviting my fellow Podcasters on to the show as guests and after their episode goes live I send them the analytics of the episode and I cannot tell you how many times they have responded in complete shock saying, “what is that! Who is your host? I don’t get statistics like that!” Not only are these statistics cool to see, they have also helped me to choose content and get a better understanding of the international reach of the show.
