Our customized negotiation and conflict management seminars are as fun as they are informative. You will not only discover the keys to persuasion and conflict management in critical conversations, you will also have the opportunity to practice your skills in a live negotiation simulation.

Our definition of negotiation is any conversation where one or more of the participants wants something. With that definition it is clear to see that we negotiate in some capacity every day. In these seminars we focus on increasing confidence and honing the key negotiation skills.
