Kaydian formerly held the role of Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer
within the nonprofit sector, where she was responsible for all aspects of human
resources, DEI, and organizational development.
Additionally, Kaydian completed the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the
Workplace Certificate program from the University of South Florida Muma College of
Business; Organizational Design: An Essential HR Capability program from Cornell
University ILR School; Coaching Training Intensive and Personal Development
Coaching Certificate from the Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute;

Health America. Kaydian earned her Bachelor of Arts in General Business
Administration with a specialization in Education from the University of Florida.
